Save-On-Foods (SOF) and the Overwaitea Food Group (OFG) were proud to be recognized for their record-breaking contribution to BC Children’s Hospital’s Miracle Weekend, bringing in over $2.5 million for BC Children’s Hospital this year. These funds are directed toward Child Health BC, an initiative of BC Children’s Hospital that helps kids get the care they need, closer to their hometowns.

With the support of customers, team members and suppliers – throughout the year, OFG engages in numerous fundraising efforts, including its annual Classic Fore Kids Golf Tournament, Miracle Weekend and various in-store functions such as BBQs and Round-Up for Kids.

The hospital raised a record-breaking $18 million over the past year thanks to various fundraising efforts all across BC to help support BC Children’s Hospital.
