Genpak’s award-winning product lines include hinged lid take-out containers, dinnerware, trays, hot and cold cups, bowls, deli containers, bags and laminated films. These packages are used by supermarkets, restaurant chains, discount stores and consumer outlets, along with paper and foodservice distributors in the United States and Canada.

Although the packaging industry continues to be pressured by rising oil and raw material costs and, due to a slow economic recovery, heated competition in the restaurant supply business, Genpak has continued to grow its market share in a number of key areas. Expanding and upgrading facilities in Carthage TX, Cedar City UT, and Montgomery AL, Genpak is poised to increase production on a series of new innovative products for a number of their valued customers. Genpak recently introduced a new line of supermarket containers, made from more than 40% post-consumer PET resin, the improved design was well received by the dip and salsa market. Also introduced was a complete line of fiber and starch foodservice products answering the call for greener sustainable packaging in a marketplace that continues to look for environmentally responsible alternatives.

Genpak acquired Dover Cup in Brampton, ON during this past year adding hot and cold cups along with other paperboard items to our offerings. These new products enhanced Genpak’s value to our customer base and the marketplace in general.
