Introduction
The Jim Pattison Real Estate Group supports the growth of The Jim Pattison Group’s various divisions throughout North America. The Real Estate Group’s activities include development and construction as well as property management, both on behalf of its sister companies within The Jim Pattison Group and on a stand-alone basis.
Through Jim Pattison Developments, we pursue external real estate opportunities to which we are able to bring competitive advantage as a division of the Jim Pattison Group.
The Real Estate Group is currently involved in industrial, commercial, residential and resort property development projects.
